Want to learn new strategies to market and sell your art or handmade work? You are invited to attend an art business workshop coming up in October, 2016 in New England.

Two one-day workshops, co-sponsored by  the Maine College of Art and the Maine Crafts Association will be held on October 22nd and October 23rd in Portland and Waterville, Maine. Attend for a single day, or opt for both at a reduced tuition rate.

Speakers for this series will be Wendy Rosen, founder of the American Made Show, and publisher of NICHE Magazine for Retailers; Nire Cook, Center for Maine Craft Manager; and Carolyn Edlund, Executive Director of The Arts Business Institute and founder of Artsy Shark.

Mass MoCA workshop, October, 2016

 

MASS MoCA and Assets for Artists will sponsor a one-day workshop on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Holyoke Public Library in Holyoke, Massachusetts, in partnership with The Arts Business Institute. This one-day Sales Intensive workshop focuses on business strategies for fine artists as well as craft artists.

Speakers will be Wendy Rosen and Carolyn Edlund of The Arts Business Institute. Lunch will be provided for attendees at this event.
