During the opening reception on Friday, September 7th, the summit’s leaders will welcome all participants and host an “Arts Business Congress” involving arts organizations and professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Saturday, September 8th launches the weekend program, which is focused on specific business tactics and experiential breakout sessions. The Saturday schedule includes presentations on Defining What You Want, Building an Action Plan, and Nailing Your Brand Story. After the lunch break, we’ll look at mastering the narrative of your Artist Story and learning best practices for Portfolio Presentation.
