“Forever Yours” photography, archival print on Alu-Dibond, 60cm x 80cm
My name is Romy Pfeifer, and I was born in 1956 in Bad Säckingen in the South of Germany. With a degree in economics, I worked in a publishing house and later on my own as a sales representative for technical oriented magazines.

“Immensity” photography, archival print on Alu-Dibond, 80cm x 60cm
As a self-taught photographer, I have taken pictures since childhood. Eventually I focused on portrait, animal, landscape and travel photography. When I had the chance, I gave up my sales agency to be able to devote my time to photography.

“Summer” photography, archival print on Alu-Dibond, 60cm x 80cm
Since 2021, I have found particular significance in experimental and abstract photography, using varied techniques and creative approaches.

“Quintessence” photography, archival print on Alu-Dibond, 80cm x 60cm
My work is currently focused on multi-exposure and ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) photography. I aim to capture vibrant colors, captivating light, and the dynamic essence of nature.

“Everything is in Flow” photography, archival print on Alu-Dibond, 100cm x 75cm
It is my very own view of the beauty of nature. With this kind of artwork I intend to capture and show the mystery, movement and vulnerability of our environment. The boundary between reality and fantasy blur. You can feel the miracle of nature.

“My Red Dress” photography, archival print on Alu-Dibond, 60cm x 80cm
With my photography method I aim to create something new and previously unseen. Each photo is very personal, and in them I express myself, my feelings, and my mood.

“Sky Above” photography, archival print on Alu-Dibond, 60cm x 60cm
My work is in some ways like a poem. Viewers take time to discover the image, and may feel a connection to what they see. I want to evoke their emotions. Perhaps they will experience good feelings and a strong connection to their inner self while looking at the artwork. I hope to convey the beauty, wonder and vulnerability of the natural world.

“In any Shade of Colour” photography, archival print on Alu-Dibond, 60cm x 80cm
This kind of creatipn allows me to work from intuition and express my love for nature and this wonderful planet Earth. Maintaining authenticity in all my photographs is of immense importance for me. All of my artwork begins with in-camera photography, followed by post-production computer enhancement by myself.
