“TRUTH” acrylics and markers on recycled canvas, 30″ x 40″

In response, my work translates into breaking free from the “norm” or societal understanding of what is known, to the truth of how life is by expressing its emotional havoc.

“FADING AWAY” acrylics and spray paint on recycled canvas, 30″ x 36″

I started out as a street artist and the traditional use of spray paint and markers remain in my work, and I also incorporate the use of acrylic and oil paint. The resulting canvases oscillate between the abstract and the figurative, stylistically defying categorization.

What motivates me to paint is infusing joy and freedom to people through my artwork and personality. Of course, having financial stability is a perk as I strive to destroy the stigma of the starving artist.
