“Autumn Spice” 18 ” x 24″ acrylic, mixed media on canvas
As a child, my favorite thing to do was to play in the woods, draw, dream, and allow my imagination to transport me to fantasy worlds and far-off places. I received my B.F.A. in illustration from Columbus College of Art and Design and have continued to use my art to let my imagination soar.

“Seascape” 24″ x 36″ acrylic, mixed media on canvas
In addition to local and regional art organizations, I’m a member of ISEA (International Society of Experimental Artists) and represented by Studios on High Gallery in Columbus, Ohio.

“Ice Dream” 18″ x 36″ acrylic, mixed media on canvas
In these paintings I have chosen to step back from realism I once embraced for a more personal expression. I don’t have a preconceived idea of how each painting will develop but expect it to grow and change as my life evolves.

“Slide Rock” 28″ x 36″ acrylic, mixed media on canvas
The grace, stillness, and majesty of nature provides a place for me to contemplate and reflect. My goal for my paintings is to create surreal and whimsical landscapes and evoke in the viewer the emotions when surrounded by a beautiful and natural setting.

“Rumination” 18″ x 24″ acrylic, mixed media on canvas
I’m inspired to embrace fresh methods and combinations on canvas. My technique encompasses pouring acrylic paint on a substrate, painting the image from reference and adding a variety of patterned papers and fabric.

“Cascading” 24″ x 24″ acrylic, mixed media on canvas
I’m enticed by tactile textures, surface quality, bright color, and design. I love the process of integrating pattern, color and value, and enticing each painting into a enchanting conclusion.

“Color Field” 24″ x 24″ acrylic, mixed media on canvas
My dream for my art is to share a private moment, a part of my soul, and a feeling of magic.
