I am ANŽO (Anže Ivanuš) a 33-year-old multidisciplinary artist from Slovenia. I grew up on a farm where there was always something new to discover. This is where I began to draw inspiration. My paintings tend to have a touch of fruits and vegetables along the way. They are a big part of my study time when I’m sketching or trying out new things.

 

 

By constantly being surrounded by nature, my imagination grew and developed daily. That was the part where everything ignited for me and where I developed so many styles.

 

 

In the evening and at night, the universe shows its glory. That is another topic I approach a lot in my art.

 

 

Along the way I moved to Ljubljana, which is the capital city of Slovenia. As I experienced city life, I started implementing it in my art. I currently live with my wife in Vienna, the capital city of Austria. I’m continuing to develop my artistic style.

 

 

You can find various other topics in my paintings, ranging from science, philosophy, physics, history, traveling, to music and more. But at the end of the day, I believe that the city gives you width and nature gives you depth.

 

 

That is the reason why I’m developing my own space that goes by the name Blue Verze, where, like in the regular universe, everything is in symbiosis. All my styles come together under my blue eye emblem which is painted somewhere in every painting for the viewer to find.

 

 

My art represents numerous styles and ideas. I am constantly battling with topics. If we don’t feel the same way each day, why should we always create in the same way?

 

 

I always strive for authenticity, creativity and freshness. When everything is combined I present to you surrealistic paintings with vivid colours of various topics to spark your imagination and make your world unique. Imagination is a highway for artistic vision. Just imagine!
