My creative process is all about emotion. When I pick colors, I do it based on feelings, memories, and everyday experiences that stick with me. Moving paint across the canvas feels like a grounding ritual. It helps me stay present and reflect on what’s going on inside me.

 

 

Once the paint dries, I come back to the piece with a fine liner pen. This next step, which I like to call chasing lines, keeps that meditative vibe going. It gives both me and the viewer a chance to think and explore, inviting them to follow the lines and find their own stories hidden in the layers.

 

 

The idea of chasing lines developed slowly in my art journey. What started as a personal habit of repetitive drawing became a key part of my painting. In the beginning, I focused on acrylic pouring and abstract landscapes, experimenting with how water, pigment, and medium interact to create unexpected forms.

 

 

These experiments often revealed imagined scenes—like oceans, forests, or galaxies—that felt unfinished. So, I started adding line work to highlight and enhance those impressions. At first, I was unsure about it, but it quickly became a natural part of my process.

 

 

Now, lines and colors work together seamlessly in my art. Drawing has turned into a meditative practice for me. My hands move while my thoughts wander freely. In this space of instinct and repetition, meaning starts to emerge. Each piece becomes a visual landscape that encourages discovery.

 

 

Just like watching clouds change shape, my paintings invite viewers to find their own meanings, guided by their imagination and feelings. Everyone sees something different, and that openness is what gives my work its lasting energy.

 

 

As I grow as an artist, my emotional connection to my work deepens. Every color I choose and line I draw reflects my inner world, creating a conversation between my experiences and the canvas. This connection not only enriches my creative process but also helps me connect with those who engage with my art. I believe art should be a shared experience, a bridge between the artist and the viewer, where emotions resonate and stories unfold.

 

 

In the end, my creative journey is about more than just the finished piece; it’s about the process itself. The colors I choose and the lines I chase are all part of a bigger story that invites others to join me in exploration. I hope that through my work, viewers can find a sense of connection, reflection, and maybe even inspiration. Art is a powerful way to tell stories, and I’m grateful to share mine through the vibrant mix of color and line.
